2024 was a year of profound growth and transformation. Today, I am stepping into a new chapter of my life feeling empowered, renewed and full of purpose.
This year I dove deep into healing childhood wounds, and released patterns or habits that no longer serve me. I said goodbye to limiting beliefs that were keeping me from stepping deeper into my soul purpose.
I lost two amazing girl friends this year and my beloved fur-baby Mochi, and these were strong reminders of how important it is to enjoy every minute with those we love!
I traveled to Romania, Argentina and New York, hosted deeply healing events and sessions for 400 people in Los Angeles, and continued to collaborate with incredible teachers and healers from around the world.
I am honored to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others through my work, and I’m excited to take bold, impactful steps forward with an open heart and readiness to embrace the path ahead. Here’s to 2025 and all the possibilities — let’s go!

This photo of me at 7 yrs old caught my attention this morning. It’s my school picture in first grade, at Castle Heights Ave School, just months after we moved to the U.S. from Argentina. It was 1977. I see a gentle smile and uneven pigtails, but the look in my eyes tells a different story. That little girl who barely spoke English at the time, had just started a new school, with new kids, in a big new city. Not just navigating a new language but also a new culture, new rules and new expectations. She had no idea what life had in store for her. A world of endless opportunity — yes, but also her life’s most important lessons waiting to be lived and learned. In the meantime she had to be strong. She had to figure it out. She had to adapt.

My heart aches to share that on Monday at exactly 4:44pm, I had to say goodbye to my treasured fur baby, Mochi. It was extremely unexpected, and I believe she waited for me to come home from my trip to ensure we had those special last moments together. For all those who knew her, you witnessed our deep soul connection and know she was a very special part of my life. The house feels way too quiet without her and I am feeling a deep loss from her departure. But I will hold on to the 8 yrs of unconditional love she blessed me with, knowing that she came exactly when I needed her companionship and she left when she knew I’d be ready to soar without her.
Life has an interesting way of reminding us of what is most important. I don’t take ANY of it for granted. 🙏🏼💖😭🐶🐾🕊️

This return to my birthplace was a gift of many sorts. I traveled back to Argentina with my daughter and mother; 3 generations of women to retrace the footsteps that paved the way for who we are today. Reconnecting with our family, tasting the flavors of my youth, and visiting the homes we once lived in, truly touched my soul. This flashback memory from our trip to Peru 8 years ago, popped up on my FB today and it brought me joy and much to reflect on… After my marriage separation in 2013, this was one of the first times I had embarked on a long international trip with my kids, who were teenagers then. This was the first time that I “led us” as a family during travel without their dad. I was a bit scared, but moreso excited to explore and discover a new country with my children. The message I kept hearing inside of me was “we can still have adventures!” And boy did we enjoy it. My daughter still says this was one of her favorite trips ever and I am grateful to have been able to provide that. These images of the three of us perfectly express the silliness and joy we all felt, even though deep inside we were all still quite unsure of what life would look like moving forward. With this reflection I offer a reminder: No matter what life throws at you, keep going. Trust that every challenge brings great growth. Don’t be afraid to try new things.
