Sacred Senses Yoga with Soundbath

Join us for a deeply transformative evening of restorative yoga and sound healing led by Avatara Levine (@avataraalchemy).

This evening begins with a ceremonial tasting of a specially crafted cleansing tea blend, designed to nourish your lungs and revitalize your spirit. Then Ava will guide you through gentle, long-held yoga stretches designed to release tension and create space within the body. Throughout the practice, sensory healing tools such as tuning forks, aromatherapy, crystals, and light therapy will enhance your experience.

The journey concludes with a beautiful sound bath featuring gongs, singing bowls, vocals, flute, chimes, drums, and more. This multi-modality healing approach is designed to foster profound physical and emotional release, leaving you feeling renewed and balanced.

No prior yoga experience is necessary. All ages and fitness abilities welcome!
