Sacred Senses Yoga with Soundbath

Join us for a restorative yoga and multi-sensory sound healing experience with Avatara Levine (@avataraalchemy) and special guest Ms. Tommi Stugart.

Ava will guide us through deep, long-hold stretches. Throughout the practice, Ava and Tommi will incorporate sensory healing tools, including tuning forks, aromatherapy, crystals, and light therapy to enhance our experience. We will conclude with a sound bath journey featuring gongs, bowls, vocals, flute, chimes, drums, and more. This multi-modality healing approach can facilitate profound releases in both the body and mind.

Address and more details will be provided after registration. Please bring a yoga mat. You are also encouraged to bring a bolster, pillow, and/or blanket for added comfort during practice and sound bath.

No prior yoga experience is necessary. All ages and fitness abilities welcome!
