Breathwork & Sound with Roni Yohanan

Join us for an amazing breathwork and sound healing session with Roni Yohanan. Roni is a passionate breathwork instructor, sound healer, and the creator of “Vybeshift”.

The breathwork sessions and events Roni teaches encompass a fusion of grounding and activating breaths, Qi Gong techniques, and ancient Tibetan breathwork. The practice aims to balance the nervous system, release stuck energy from the body, and help you nurture elevated emotional states in the present moment. The class concludes with a rejuvenating sound bath and live handpan music. No prior breathwork experience is necessary. This is perfect for first-timers or those wishing to connect more deeply with themselves, within community.
